Q: How much does shipping cost, and do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping options depend on your delivery address. Our current rates are:

  • UK Standard: £3.99, free for orders of £65 or more.
  • UK shipping in a tube: £5.99, free for orders of £75 or more.
  • EU Standard International: £5.99, free for orders of £65 or more.
  • Selected international destinations outside the EU: Standard International is £6.99, free for orders of £65 or more; Fast Tracked is £8.99, free for orders of £69 or more; shipping in a tube, recommended for A3, is £12.99, free for orders of £99 or more.

The available options and final shipping cost are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address. Please select your preferred option before completing your purchase.

Q: How long will I have to wait for my order?
A: We ship sticker orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time is separate from dispatch time and depends on your destination and selected shipping service. Fast Tracked international shipping usually takes 6–12 working days after dispatch. Check the available shipping options at checkout for your order.

Q: Do you have a current promotion?
A: Use code Spring2026 at checkout for 25% off products when you buy at least 5 items. The code can be used once per customer. No end date is currently set. If you have received a personal discount code by email, use it according to the eligibility and expiry details in that email.

Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or tariffs?
A: No. Even though the USA has recently suspended the $800 de minimis rule (which means duties can apply to all shipments), we cover all customs duties and charges on our side. You won’t be asked to pay anything extra upon delivery.

Q: What does “de minimis” mean?
A: It was a US rule that allowed packages valued under $800 to enter duty-free. From August 29, 2025, this exemption no longer applies, but this does not affect our customers because we take care of all duties.

Q: Will the new US customs rules affect my shipping time?
A: Not significantly. Even though customs duties now apply to all shipments to the USA, this does not normally cause delays for our customers. We handle all customs paperwork and cover duties in advance, so your order moves through customs without issues. Delivery times remain the same: usually 6–14 business days (most orders arrive in 6–10 days), though on rare occasions customs may add a short delay of 1–2 days.

Q: Can I use the stickers I purchase from you for projects that I later sell?
A: Yes, any stickers purchased from us can be used for commercial projects. You are free to use our products in your work that is intended for sale.
